We can’t wait for you to receive your Buffie™. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery and returns.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or expedited shipping options.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@callmybuff.com with your order information and we’ll do our best to help.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Preorder Shipping
If you placed a preorder, and have not received your order, please email us directly at hello@callmybuff.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not issue exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be only gently used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@callmybuff.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address that will be given at the time of request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
